A Longer-Reach O2 Sensor Extender for HHO Setups, Test Pipes & Tuning
This 10-pack gives you a stack of simple, reliable O2 sensor spacers built to the standard M18x1.5 thread — the size used on the vast majority of oxygen sensor bungs. At 55mm, it’s our longest extender, built for exhaust layouts where the sensor needs to sit further back from the flange than a 32mm or 45mm piece allows.
Like our shorter extenders, this is a plain mechanical spacer — no built-in catalyst core, no emissions-passing claims. It relocates your O2 sensor slightly out of the direct exhaust stream, which is exactly what’s needed when running a test pipe, an HHO system, or when leaning out the air-fuel mixture for better fuel economy.
Why Length Matters
The extra length on this 55mm version gives more clearance on setups where a shorter spacer still sits too close to the exhaust flow, or where physical clearance from a nearby component (subframe, heat shield, header) requires extra distance. If a 32mm or 45mm extender hasn’t given you the result you need, this longer version is the next step up.
Why Buy in a 10-Pack
If you’re a mechanic, tuner, or off-road builder working across multiple vehicles, buying single extenders one at a time adds up fast. This pack keeps a supply on hand for whichever job comes up next — inline engines, V6/V8 setups, or spares for future installs.
Easy to Install
The 7/8″ hex head matches the shape of most O2 sensors, so it seats and tightens like a natural extension of the sensor itself — no fumbling with a straight-sided piece that won’t grip a wrench properly.
- Unscrew the existing O2 sensor from the exhaust.
- Thread the sensor into the extender.
- Screw the assembled piece back into the exhaust bung.
No cutting, welding, or special tools required.

Important Notes
- This is a mechanical spacer, not a catalytic converter — it does not chemically treat exhaust gases.
- Intended for off-road, test-pipe, and HHO-system applications. Not intended as an emissions-compliance device for street use.
- Confirm your vehicle’s O2 sensor uses a standard M18x1.5 bung before ordering.

Fit perfectly and turned off the check engine light. It matches the description, though time will tell about its durability.
